A. FAQ stands for "Frequently Asked Questions"
Q. What information will you need from me (the customer) when I call Warm & Fuzzy Computer Help?
A. We’ll ask you for the following information when you call:
· Your computer’s Operating System, if you know it (i.e. Windows XP, Windows 98, etc)
· Your location (see our Service Area below)
· The specific problem(s) or goal(s) you would like to address
Q. Where is your service area?
A. Seattle, Shoreline, and Mercer Island, subject to availability.
Q. Is there anything you don't do?
A. Certainly. We won't do anything illegal or unethical, like show you how to hack into someone else's computer.
