"Warm and Fuzzy" is probably not a phrase you're likely to associate with computer support. My goal is to change that perception. I recognize that computers can be confusing and frustrating, especially if at some point, someone gifted you with one or plopped one on your desk without much explanation and expected you to be knowledgeable and comfortable with it. Heck, they can be confusing and frustrating even if you spend a lot of time with them.
My goal is to provide fun and education & training on computers to anyone who may be feeling left behind in the “digital age”. I want to slow the widening gap between technology and this demographic, and increase the fun, usefulness, and stimulation that can be gained through its use.
Even though computer techs can be good at what they do, they often can’t seem to explain what they are doing without making you feel like there’s something wrong with you if you don’t “get it.”
My approach is warm, patient, and fun! Let me help you be comfortable with a computer and even look forward to using one!

I can take all the headache away from purchasing, to setting up a new computer, getting "connected" with email and stepping people through from the very basics to more sophisticated tasks. My rates are $75.00 an hour, with a 1 hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments after that. If that seems expensive, please check out our competition. You'll see that they charge by the service. I'll provide whatever service you require because you are paying for my time and expertise. You won't be charged a separate fee for every service I perform, and that saves you money! So ask all the questions you want and make a list of what you want me to help you with! I think you'll call me back!
